User Survey : What are the most important concerns regarding ride sharing?
I conducted a user survey amongst the age groups from 20 to 30 so as to consider what is the most important concern for the customers while booking a ride. Survey was conducted on 42 users and the results are shown below.
Customer issues reported to Uber prior to Mid- 2016
In mid 2016, there was a screenshot leaked from one of the uber employees that showed such surprising numbers reporting the issues related to cab drivers.
Publicly reported Incidents in Uber and Lyft over the past 5 years
https://www.whosdrivingyou.org/rideshare-incidents collaborated all the incidents and listed them out on their website showing statistics of the most prominent incidents reported against the drivers in the past 5 years.

Lets all atleast create awareness and join a petition to make sure all cab based companies not only take comprehensive background check prior to hiring drivers, but also monitor each and every ride in real time.
