Sundance Resort Club

Club Wyndham South Pacific’s inventory in Sundance Resort Club is structured in a different way to the inventory above. The club owns 137,875 points within Sundance Resort Club, which enables owners to access all Sundance Resort Club’s 16 resorts and apartments. The rest of the Sundance Resort Club points are owned by that club’s members and other vacation clubs managed by Travel + Leisure Co.

This arrangement means Club Wyndham South Pacific owners can access a broader range of inventory – all 16 Sundance Resort Club resorts – for a lesser financial commitment to the club than if the inventory was purchased directly. The club does not own the rooms. Bookings at some resorts need to be made through Owner Services.

These rooms are tabulated separately to display the unique arrangement and to consider the Japanese apartments are not traditional one, two or three-bedroom formats, but are large rooms with multiple beds. Some apartments offer raised Western-style bedding, while others offer futon-style bedding that is customary in Japan.
